What does it mean to be an "informed citizen?" If more people were "informed," what would that mean for our local community and our country?

To be informed citizen means that people are being aware of the things that happens around our community and the world. It's for them to hear both side of the story instead one because if your going to listen to one of the story and not hear the other one it wouldn't be right at all and it won't be fair. If people around our local community and country they would be aware what's going on with the world and what they can do to change it. People can prevent a lot of information to people if they go out and spread and tell people about the thing that is going to happen, so they all can be ready for it and don't have to wait till the last minute.
If people don't start now bad things will happen in our future and they will regret from all of these things.
